All three positions will work with 15 newspaper Web sites spread across the country.

Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Description: Perform activities related to SEO (search engine optimization) for our newspaper sites and their various internet products. Collect and interpret search engine data and develop SEO tactics and best practices using this data. Consult and educate key stakeholders in regard to all facets of SEO from overall strategy to web coding techniques. Benchmark results and measure trends in order to determine progress.

User-Interface Specialist

Description: As part of the design & user experience group, assist the Manager of Design and User Experience in creation, implementation and maintenance of web sites and products.

Project Manager for Vendor Relations

Description: The Project Manager 1 will develop and manage a strategic outsourcing program under the direction of the Operations Manager. The Project Manager will coordinate rapid-development technology and design projects among managers of Scripps newspaper-based Web sites, external vendors, corporate software developers, and user interface specialists.
